1. Be courteous and respectful:
1a: Photo opportunities – As the name implies, “photo” and not “video.” Please refrain from requesting video greetings during photo opportunities, except with prior approval from an admin member.
1b: Respect – Be respectful of Yeng and your co-Yengsters; avoid making a scene. There’s a place to shout, and there’s a place to keep it low.
1c: Be punctual – We’ve all experienced delays. And we get it! But please be as punctual as possible. It’s rude and unproductive to waste others’ time.
2. No Solicitation: Monetary solicitation is strictly prohibited. The only time money is involved is when we have an event or projects, which are being announced on our Facebook page. If you have experienced any solicitations from a co-Yengster in the past, please notify an admin member. Anyone who solicits will be immediately removed from the group.
3. Member Recruitment: Unauthorized addition of members, including to the official group chat, is strictly prohibited.
4. Online Behavior:
4a: Rule number 1 – As per the number 1 rule above, be respectful. We will not tolerate bullying, flame baiting, or tagging people in posts just to start fights.
4b: Spamming and Trolling – Any unnecessary comments or posts, especially repetitive actions that could potentially irritate Yeng during a livestream, are prohibited.
5. Events:
5a: Don’t assume, ask! – For A.S.A.P., only *official Yengsters are allowed. A.S.A.P. events have a limited number of seats available. Do not bring a friend or family member, except with prior approval from an admin member. For other public events, please notify an admin member if you’re attending and planning to bring someone else with you.
5b: Video Recording/Live Streaming – Video recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited during A.S.A.P. shows. To avoid any issues, please refrain from recording. Marshals are authorized to request the deletion of footage and may hold your device for the remainder of the show if the policy is violated. For other events, house rules may vary, so be sure to double-check.
5c: Be civil – We couldn’t be more serious about this. Avoid showing any aggressiveness or rudeness that could potentially compromise Yeng’s performance during an event. If you see Yeng exiting backstage, please don’t address the whole nation about it. Instead, make sure that she makes her way out safely. Any tactless acts could potentially result in permanent removal from the group.
Consequences:
To keep Yengsters a great space for everyone, we issue a warning for first-time offenses and a final notice for a second. While we prefer to work with our members, repeated violations, or a single severe offense, can result in permanent removal. Admins maintain full discretion in these matters.
*An official Yengster is determined based on overall consistency and support, not only for Yeng but also for the whole group as well.
